One of the most distinctive compositional voices in contemporary electronic music, Jlin has built a singular practice entirely outside formal training and institutional pathways. In this masterclass, she reflects on how she actually listens: how she hears before she builds, how she returns to sounds that resist her, and how intuition, repetition, and constraint shape her process.
